- Development and implementation of tailored online assessments for recruitment purposes and potential analyses as part of the apprentice recruitment process and early-career development at a major German health insurance provider.
- Planning, conducting and facilitating assessment and development centres (AC/DC) as well as potential analyses for young professionals and first leaders.
- Conducting structured interviews and drafting and optimising interview guides.
- Designing and delivering assessor and interviewer training programmes, equipping participants with the skills required to conduct assessment centre procedures and recruitment processes.
- Supporting recruitment projects for apprentices and young professionals for a client in the energy sector, from application screening through to hiring candidates.
- Managing and further developing our internship programme, as well as maintaining and expanding partnerships with universities.
