ELIGO & West Pharmaceuticals Inc. nominated for National Training Awards

Now in its 17th year, the Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD) in association with Harvest Resources Ltd will present the National Training Awards in Dublin on 6 March 2015.

Thanks to our Irish customer, Tech Group Europe (TGE) West Pharmaceuticals Inc., we have made the current shortlist in the Best Learning & Development Initiatives – Best Consultancy Partnership category.

The focus of the initiative lay on designing and implementing an innovative assessment programme which has now been used to help conduct a comprehensive target/actual analysis of the functional and cross-functional skills of important technical functional groups within the Irish facility.
